WILL-CALL FOR FESTIVAL PASSES
Will Call for Inner and Outer Ear passes will be located at the Big Ears Hub powered by Toyota Knoxville in the Woodruff Building at 424 S. Gay St. (just to the left of the Downtown Grill & Brewery). There will be a large Big Ears sign on the door on Gay Street; enter here then head down the hallway to get on the elevator. Proceed to the 5th floor to pick up your passes and information packet at the Will Call table. While at the hub, you can also peruse the Big Ears merchandise and play around in the Moog Lab.
The Hub will be open on Friday and Saturday, March 26th and 27th from 10:00am until 10:00pm as well as Sunday the 28th from noon until 4:00pm. You can pick up your passes anytime the Hub is open. Also, don’t forget to bring your driver’s license or passport with you to Will Call, as you will be asked to show photo ID to claim your passes.
PREMIUM SEATING
We are also pleased to let you know that both the Tennessee and Bijou Theatres will be offering premium seating for festival pass holders. There will be a limited number of seats reserved in the first several rows of each theatre that you can access by presenting your pass. These seats will be available to you on a first come, first serve basis until each show begins. After that, they will be opened to general ticket holders.
BIG EARS TICKETING
Tickets are available for all Big Ears concerts scheduled for the Bijou Theatre, the Tennessee Theatre, the Square Room, the Catalyst, and the Cox Auditorium. All tickets are general admission. A complete schedule of these shows and links to purchase tickets may be found here. Additionally, tickets may be purchased by phone, (865) 684-1200, between the hours of 10-5pm (EST), Monday-Friday, as well as 12:00-4:00pm (EST) on Saturday.
Concerts at the Pilot Light in particular have a very limited capacity. Priority admission will be given to Big Ears weekend pass holders (see below). Admission at the door will be only as capacity permits. No advance tickets to these shows will be sold.
BIG EARS 2010 FESTIVAL WEEKEND PASSES
The Inner Ear Pass
The Inner Ear Pass offers priority access to all Big Ears Festival events…including all concerts as well as talks, workshops, receptions, and other special events. Capacity for all events is limited. Inner Ear Pass holders will be guaranteed admission to all concert events up until 30 minutes prior to showtime. Late arrivers will still be offered priority admission on a first come, first serve basis, as venue capacity allows.
A limited number of Inner Ear Passes remain at $249.50 each (plus applicable service fees and tax). They may be purchased here. This pass is a remarkable value, offering tremendous savings and access to special opportunities during the weekend.
The Outer Ear Pass
The Outer Ear Pass offers priority access to all Big Ears Festival events at the Big Ears Annex, the Square Room, the Pilot Light, and the Knoxville Museum of Art on a first come, first serve basis, subject to venue capacity.
Outer Ear Passes are priced at $100 each (plus applicable service fees and tax). They may be purchased here.
The Outer Ear pass does not include admission to any of the concerts at the Bijou or Tennessee Theatres, or to Terry Riley’s Pipe Organ concert at the Cox Auditorium. Tickets for these concerts may be purchased separately to augment the Outer Ear pass.

Please note that the Big Ears 2010 festival is an all ages event, however there are age restrictions at a select few of the festival venues. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks, along with other information about programs, exhibitions, installations, workshops and more.
